Terms of service

Effective: October 19, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Right4Hire.com you agree to these Terms. If you are using Right4Hire.com on behalf of an organization you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Candidate accounts are for individual, non-commercial use. Employer accounts are for verified organizations that have passed KYB verification. One person may hold both an individual candidate account and roles in one or more employer organizations.

3. Honest content

You agree that the information you post — resumes, job postings, interview answers — is truthful. We may remove postings, suspend accounts, and report fraudulent activity to law enforcement.

4. Interview recording and consent

Interview recording is off by default. Recording a Spot2Meet interview requires explicit opt-in consent from every participant. Candidates may revoke consent at any time, including during the interview, which will stop the recording.

5. No discrimination

Employers using Right4Hire.com agree to make hiring decisions without unlawful discrimination. We may audit postings for compliance.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell you by email at least thirty days before material changes take effect.
