Right4Hire.com targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We treat accessibility as a correctness requirement, not an afterthought.

What we do

• All interactive elements have a visible 2px orange focus ring.
• Status is conveyed by text labels, not color alone.
• Text contrast is at least 4.5:1 on body copy and 3:1 on large text.
• We honor the user’s prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme.
• Forms use proper labels, aria-describedby for errors, and keyboard-first navigation.
• Our logo and other informative images carry descriptive alt text.
• Pages are usable at 320px width and reflow without horizontal scroll at 400% zoom.

Known limitations

The Spot2Meet interview room is an embedded third-party interface. We ship captions and keyboard-only controls where supported by the adapter; some features depend on the browser.
